Service: IBS can promise you that you will never be seen as a number on a screen. We offer the flexibility & personal touch that our larger competitors strive to achieve. Each of our end-users is allocated an operator that is available from 8.30-5.30pm. No answering machines & no voicemail. Your operator will be on call to sort out your problem/query during every hour of every working day!
Contracts: Our Analogue & Digital Photocopier Service Agreements are designed to give you peace of mind. Our monthly billings are calculated at an agreed cost per metered copy/print & are charged each month in arrears based on usage. We do not ask for commitment to projected ‘minimum billing’ contracts. All of our agreements have a 90-Day cancellation period. Technicians: All engineering works are carried out by our own manufacturer trained technicians who are based at various locations within the British Isles. Our major depots can be found in Beckenham & Dartford in Kent, East Grinstead in West Sussex, Sutton in Surrey & Tring, Hertfordshire. Range: As well as our extensive range of Canon (also later models Toshiba & Ricoh) Photocopiers, IBS also offer service cover & repairs on a whole range of Facsimile and Printing equipment.
