Established 1989:

From a humble start in Serviced Offices in London SE1 in 1989, IBS has grown into a well known & highly respected, family run office equipment supplier.

In August 2004, the current Senior Partners, Peter Nightingale & Naresh 'Nash' Chauhan relocated the IBS Digital Systems & IBS Office Technology administration & sales departments from the Co offices in Stafford Road, Croydon to link up with IBS Copier Services Limited at the brand new Service Centre under one roof in Beckenham, Kent.

Size is not Everything:

IBS do not pretend to be the “largest of office equipment suppliers“, nor are we “the fastest growing” or “the UK’s favourite” …… we are a hard working organisation which utilises its vast knowledge& experience to make the lives of our end-users a whole lot easier. We only promise what we can deliver, & that is a fast and efficient solution to your problem, whether it is mechanical, administrative or technical. We are there when you need us most!

IBS can promise you that you will never be seen as a number on a screen. We offer the flexibility & personal touch that our larger competitors strive to achieve. Each of our end-users is allocated an operator that is available from 8.30-5.30pm …..No answering machines & no voicemail. Your operator will be on call to sort out your problem/query during every hour of every working day!
